Thornton Party Bus Rentals

Thorntoncharterbusservices.com is a quote-comparison and referral website that makes it fast and easy to find party bus rentals in Thornton, Colorado. It is not a local transportation company or motor carrier — it is a website that brings together a large network of independently owned transportation companies so you can compare party buses, pricing, and packages all in one place. You fill out one quick form, and you land on a results page showing available buses and pricing through a national booking platform.

No account required, and a free quote is always available online or by phone at 720-677-4144.

It only takes about a minute to get your quote! Use the online quote tool on this page — enter your date, your group size, your pickup location, and a few details about your trip. Once you submit, you are taken to a results page on a national booking platform showing party buses, photos, and pricing from a network of transportation companies serving the Thornton area.

From there, you compare your options side by side and book the bus you want right online, all in just minutes. Prefer to talk to a person? Call 720-677-4144 any time and a live agent will help you find the right party bus for your group.

Empower Field at Mile High places commercial vehicle and bus drop-off between Gates 4 and 5 via the Lot L loop. There is no dedicated on-site bus parking lot at the stadium itself, so your party bus drops your group at the Decatur Street loading zone and relocates to stage nearby — common areas include along Decatur Street north of the stadium. Lots generally open three to four hours before Broncos kickoff.

Rideshare pickup is in Lot H on the south side, which is a completely different location — so your group on a party bus avoids the rideshare scramble entirely and gets dropped right at the gate. The current Broncos game-day guide places rideshare drop-off near Gate 5 and pickup at 5th and Walnut Street, about a 15-minute walk from the stadium; your charter bus keeps the group together at the stadium-side loop instead. Confirm current event-day details on the Empower Field transportation and parking page before your visit, since assignments can shift by event.

At Ball Arena, bus and commercial vehicle drop-off is on the north side of Chopper Circle near the main entrance — the designated commercial loading zone for oversized vehicles. Your party bus drops the group in the loading zone at 9th Street and Chopper Circle, then parks in the back end of the Camry North Lot via 12th Street and Chopper Circle until you are ready for pickup. Rideshare pickup is on the south side of Chopper Circle — a separate location entirely — which means your group steps off the party bus right at the front door instead of hiking around the building to find a rideshare.

The official Ball Arena bus parking instructions map the loading zone and Camry North Lot access for large groups.

At Coors Field, buses drop off passengers along 20th Street and Blake Street near the main entrance gates — the 20th and Blake Street intersection is the primary drop-off corridor for the ballpark. Charter buses park in Section B of the Colorado Rockies main parking lot, where bus parking costs $40 per vehicle; your party bus leaves the lot at the direction of your party or program director instead of circling through LoDo after the game. Rideshare pickup is at 20th and Wazee Street, a block away from bus drop-off, so your group gets out right at the gate while everyone else hunts for their app.

The current Coors Field information guide carries the charter-bus parking location and rate.

Dick's Sporting Goods Park (6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022) is the home of the Colorado Rapids and sits about eight miles from Thornton — one of the easiest and most popular party bus trips in the area! Bus drop-off is on Victory Way near the main stadium entrance. The venue is surrounded by large surface parking lots, and oversized vehicles including party buses are directed to the north end of the main lots on Victory Way where there is room to maneuver and stage.

Advance arrangements are recommended — call the venue at (303) 727-3500 to confirm your large vehicle parking assignment before match day. With a party bus, your whole group arrives together on Victory Way, the pregame energy is already built up on the ride over, and pickup after the final whistle is already handled. Check the Dick's Sporting Goods Park parking and directions page for current details.

Adams County Fairgrounds (9755 Henderson Rd, Brighton, CO 80601) hosts the Adams County Fair each summer along with rodeos, concerts, and community events — about 15 miles northeast of Thornton and a popular destination for group trips. The fairgrounds feature large open surface parking areas, and buses and oversized vehicles are directed to designated large-vehicle areas in the outer parking fields, with event staff guiding traffic on busy days. During the fair, 124th Avenue is closed for emergency-vehicle and shuttle-bus access, so your bus approaches from 120th Avenue and turns onto Park Boulevard at the regional park entrance.

Free shuttles also run from Riverdale Ridge High School, 13380 Yosemite St., Thornton, and other satellite lots when fair parking is limited. Because assignments can vary by event, it is strongly recommended to call the fairgrounds at (303) 637-8000 ahead of your visit to confirm exactly where your party bus should stage and where your group will be dropped off. Getting everyone to the fair together on one party bus means no caravan of cars, no split-up groups, and no hunting for each other at the gate.

The Adams County Fair directions and parking page carries the current entrance closure and shuttle details.

Denver Coliseum (4600 Humboldt St, Denver, CO 80216) is part of the National Western Complex and sits about eight miles south of Thornton on the I-25 and Brighton Boulevard corridor — home to rodeos, concerts, trade shows, and the legendary National Western Stock Show every January. Patron pickup is on McFarland Drive outside the front entrance. The surrounding National Western Complex surface lots accommodate oversized vehicles, and for major events like the Stock Show, buses are directed to specific lots by event staff.

The McFarland pickup area is first-come, first-served and does not allow oversized vehicles; if it is full, a parking attendant directs you to the closest available location. Advance coordination with the venue is recommended — call the venue directly at (720) 865-2475 to confirm your party bus staging and drop-off details before your event. Confirm current access details on the Denver Coliseum page before your visit.

For most trips in the Thornton and Denver metro area, booking three to six months in advance gives you the best selection and the best pricing. But there are dates on the Denver calendar where waiting even a few weeks can cost you the bus you wanted — or cost you a lot more money to get it. Prom season across Adams County, Jefferson County, and Denver school districts runs April through May, and every high school in the region — Brighton, Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster, and beyond — is looking for buses at the exact same time.

Book prom by January if you can. Colorado Broncos home games at Empower Field at Mile High, Rockies home games at Coors Field (81 home games, April through September!), and Avalanche and Nuggets games at Ball Arena all drive heavy demand across the metro. New Year's Eve and St. Patrick's Day are two of the single busiest nights of the year for party buses in the Denver area — book those at least four to six months out.

The earlier you compare and book through Thorntoncharterbusservices.com, the more options you will have and the better your price. Call 720-677-4144 right now to lock in your date!
